Our retreats are designed to help you connect with your body, mind and soul. Our goal is to create the space you need to escape, heal, recharge and evolve. We help you focus on being instead of doing. The wellness methods we offer will hopefully return home with you for your continual practice. Join us for an exhilarating journey in Nepal filled with yoga, meditation and inner growth. You can choose our prepackaged retreats or customize your own.

Deep Detox & Rebalance- 3 Days
Give yourself three days to get grounded and detox. Our Deep Detox retreat will give you a reset button. The three days will focus on releasing physical and emotional toxins.
